To register online please click on the Register Online button below. When everything is received, Robbie will send an email with a confirmation packet that can be printed out. Included will be the dates for all 5 modules, a hotel/room list, directions from the airport to the school, and other pertinent information.
You can download the registration form by clicking on the Download button further below. Once you fill out the form you can either fax, email, or mail it to Robbie along with a copy of your professional license and the deposit of $350. The fax number, email, and mailing address is listed on the registration form.
